With the theme “Black & White Sparkle: Canvas ng Serbisyo, Pagkakaisa, at Bagong Simula,” the event symbolized harmony in diversity and optimism for the year ahead. Board of Directors, Officers, Audit Committee, Employees, officers, and members across departments and employment statuses, together with guards, maintenance personnel, outsourced staff, and project-based workers, came together as one cooperative family to reflect on the milestones of 2025 and welcome 2026 with renewed commitment.

Key highlights included the recognition of Service Awardees, the warm welcome of new employees, birthday celebrators, and moments of camaraderie through games, performances, and fellowship. A year-end video presentation allowed everyone to look back on the cooperative’s journey, while the community singing of an inspiring song fostered a heartfelt and encouraging atmosphere reminding everyone that despite challenges, GEMPC continues to move forward together.

As the cooperative steps into 2026, employees were also encouraged by the promise of new and improved benefits, reinforcing GEMPC’s ongoing commitment to employee well-being and inclusive growth.
