1.3. "Guest" refers to visitors who can access public content such banners as general announcements and articles under the "Learn" section.
1.4. "Services" refers to the website’s functionalities, including e-commerce for Catering, Grocery, Canteen, Lending, and Other Services, as well as access to payroll deductions, savings deposits, and share capital.

 

  1. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1. Only active members of GEMPC and non-members who are approved by GEMPC Management are eligible to register for an account.
2.2. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.3. Members are required to safeguard their login credentials and are solely responsible for any activities conducted under their account.
2.4. Unauthorized use of another member’s account or sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.

 

  1. Access and Use of Services

3.1. Member Access: Members can use the e-commerce platform and manage their payroll deductions, savings deposits, and share capital after successful registration.
3.2. Guest Access: Guests may only view publicly available content such as announcements and "Learn" articles.
3.3. Prohibited Actions:

  • Using the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempting to bypass or breach security features.
  • Modifying, reverse engineering, or tampering with the website.
  • Uploading malicious software or viruses.

 

  1. E-commerce Platform

4.1. Members can use the e-commerce platform to purchase services such as Catering, Grocery, Canteen, Lending, and Other Services (e.g., HMO processing, insurance, building leases).
4.2. Transactions are final once confirmed by GEMPC, and refunds or cancellations will only be processed under specific policies outlined per service.
4.3. GEMPC reserves the right to modify pricing, product availability, or features of the e-commerce platform at any time without prior notice.

 

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. Your use of the website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
5.2. By registering and using the website, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal and financial information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

10.1. Any disputes arising from the use of the website shall first be resolved through amicable discussions with GEMPC.
10.2. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be subject to Philippine laws and the jurisdiction of courts in Quezon City, Philippines.
