Snap, Create, Thrive: GEMPC Launches Mobile Photography Livelihood Program
The GMA-7 Employees' Multi-Purpose Cooperative successfully kicked off its 1st Quarter Livelihood Program with a Mobile Photography Workshop held on April 18, 2026, at the GEMPC Events Place. The initiative aimed to equip members with practical skills that can open doors to creative expression and additional income opportunities.
The workshop introduced participants to the fundamentals of mobile photography, including composition techniques, lighting, framing, and basic editing using smartphone applications. Guided by experienced facilitators, attendees learned how to maximize the capabilities of their mobile devices to produce high-quality images suitable for personal projects, social media, or even small business use.
Beyond technical skills, the program emphasized the growing demand for digital content and how photography can serve as a viable livelihood in today’s online-driven landscape. Participants were encouraged to explore freelance opportunities, product photography, and content creation as potential income streams.
The event was met with enthusiasm, as members actively engaged in hands-on activities and creative exercises. The success of the workshop reflects GEMPC’s continued commitment to empowering its members through relevant and forward-looking livelihood programs.
With more initiatives planned in the coming months, GEMPC continues to foster creativity, innovation, and economic growth within its community—one snapshot at a time. 📸
