
GMA-7 Employees’ Multi-Purpose Cooperative Successfully Holds 2026 Annual General Assembly
Out of the 2,589 regular members with voting rights, a total of 1,819 members were present, demonstrating the strong support and active participation of the membership. This attendance significantly exceeded the required minimum quorum of 25% or 648 members, thereby formally constituting a quorum and allowing the Cooperative to legitimately transact its official business during the Assembly.
The Annual General Assembly serves as the Cooperative’s highest policy-making body, where members are given the opportunity to be informed about the organization’s performance, key developments, and future directions. During the meeting, members were presented with important reports and updates highlighting the Cooperative’s operations, achievements, and initiatives for the past year.
