GEMPC Participates in NATCCO E-Koop Banker Re-Training
The re-training provided participants with an opportunity to refresh and enhance their knowledge of the E-Koop Banker system and its role in supporting the Cooperative’s financial operations and services. The sessions also allowed participants to gain updated information, clarify processes, and learn practical approaches that can be applied in their respective responsibilities.
The participation of both the Board of Directors and selected employees emphasized the importance of continuous learning at all levels of the organization. By developing their understanding of digital tools and systems, GEMPC leaders and employees can better support the Cooperative’s efforts toward efficient and responsive service delivery.
The training also served as a valuable venue for knowledge-sharing and collaboration, allowing participants to exchange experiences and insights with fellow cooperative practitioners. These learning opportunities contribute to strengthening GEMPC’s capabilities as it continues to adapt to the changing needs of its members and the evolving cooperative sector.
GEMPC extends its appreciation to NATCCO for conducting the E-Koop Banker Re-Training and for providing valuable learning opportunities to cooperative leaders and employees.
The activity reflects GEMPC’s commitment to continuous professional development, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Through ongoing training and capacity-building, GEMPC continues to equip its leaders and employees with knowledge and skills that support the delivery of quality and efficient services to its members.
GEMPC remains committed to learning, innovation, and continuous improvement in service of its members and the cooperative community.
